The Outside...

What is the first thing you look at when you meet someone? Is it their eyes? Their hair? Their clothes? Their body? I think it is safe to say that we all look on the outside..and its a fact, that we form an opinion about a person within those first few moments we meet them. But what if you could look deeper? What if everytime you met someone, you could see their pain? You know; their junk, the baggage that a person schleps around through this thing we call "life." What if you could look past the exterior...the clothes, the makeup, the body. What if you could see the INSIDE? The next time you meet someone, please try to see them through God's eyes. Look past the exterior. Consider that person's heart. Consider how that person might feel - both physically and mentally. Realize that you do not know the story on the inside. This blog is about the INSIDE. The physical pain and emotional pain that no one can see. Its about the healing that I so desperately seek, and the love of Christ that gets me through each day. This blog is about my deep healing and my fresh faith. So go ahead....its okay to dig in and get past the OUTSIDE.*** "The LORD does not look at the things people look at.
